I hope you are having a great holiday weekend! We are over here at Simply Great Vitamins! We wanted to remind you while you are out and about in the sun having fun to take care of yourselves. When your body is low on the nutrients it needs, it can lead to bad days and a case of the Mondays.
So, if you are out in the heat or sun, take salt, potassium, electrolytes and water to counter-act dehydration. Symptoms can sneak up on you and make you think you’re sick, headaches, nausea and fatigue are the main ones to look out for. And if you plan on drinking, keep up with B vitamins (especially B1) to counter-act hang overs.
